Production Manager

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (B.tech / MBA will be preferred)

Experience: More than 15 Years

Industry: Textile/ Apparel/ Fashion/ Garment

To achieve and sustain monthly sewing efficiency as per company policy.
To reduce and sustain the Defects per Hundred Unit(DHU) percentage as per company policy.
To reduce and sustain garment rejections due to sewing defects to less than 0.1% or as per company policy.

To encourage the team work based on innovative ideas to meet the customer expectation in term of quality and on time delivery.
Follow style wise loading plan received from PPC department to forecast the allocation of manpower and machines.
To communicate cutting plan to cutting department.
Daily monitoring the WIP in theline.
To control the defects by guiding the team members for first time right and achieve the accuracy by operational excellence.
To counsel operators and in charges about the best practices to control the defects and introduce process innovation in different manufacturing process.
Monitor the production and DHU reports and guide the team for implementing corrective action plans (if required).
To plan for achieve and improve the required target with highest standard of quality.
To ensure garments rejection in minimal in production due to sewing defects.
To optimum utilization of machine & manpower capacity.
